I’ve had channeling abilities and experiences since I was a young child. As I grew older, I tried to turn it off, but it only came on stronger. Fortunately, a wonderful healer introduced me to someone whom I am forever grateful to have had as a mentor.

In addition to being a medium, I am also a craniosacral therapist (license # MT 0025436). I received my training at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. Before moving to Colorado, I maintained a private practice in Seattle for 20 years. Though I don’t currently practice as a bodyworker, this training, along with my background in Ayurveda and sound healing, largely informs how I interpret messages about health and healing.

My sessions blend direct channeling, folk medicine, and sound healing, where I remain a neutral conduit.
